浅谈医院后勤科学化管理

Some basic views on the scientific management of Hospital services

医院后勤工作是医院三大系统中的支持系统,是医疗服务工作得以完成的保障,因此,不能单纯依赖于经验型管理,而应提高科学化管理水平。为此,要加强后勤科学化管理重要性认识,从而使后勤管理人员利用现代科学方法和手段,遵循客观规律,合理使用人、财、物,提高其效率和效益。要达这一目的,一是要提高后勤管理者与职工队伍素质,建立健全规章制度,深化后勤改革,并建立后勤管理信息网络。

The department of hosptial services is the support system of the three Hospital systems and is the very guarantee to accomplish medical work.Therefore,administration by experienc is not e- nough to depend upon,scientific management should be upgraded to make up the deficiency.Under the circumstances,to play up the importance of scientific management of hospital services is advisable,so that medical personnel can upgrade their efficiency and performance through the use of modern scientific means and methods,the following of objective laws and reasonable utilization of manpower,fund and ma- teriel.To reach thisaim,the thing to do is to raise the quality of service administrative staffs,establish a complete set of rules and regulations,deepen the service reform and set up a network of service adminis- tration information.
