中学教师职业倦怠的心理归因分析与对策思考 被引量:4

摘要 教师职业倦怠是教师不能有效应付工作压力而出现的一种极端反应,是教师伴随于长期压力体验下而产生的情绪、态度和行为的衰竭状态。它不仅对教师自身的心理健康构成了很大威胁,而且影响学生健康的心理品质的形成。本文基于我国中学教师职业倦怠的现状,着重从心理学层面对这一问题做了归因分析,并探讨了解决的策略,提出了一些新的建议,如开展教师心理辅导与训练等。 Teachers' burnout is a kind of extreme reaction. It occurs when teachers aren' t able to cope with the working pressure effectively. This phenomenon appears as exhaust state of emotion, attitude and behaviour. Teachers' burnout not only threathen teachers' mental health, but also influence the formation of students' healthy psychological characters. Based on the present situation of middle school teachers' burnout in our country , this paper analyzes its psychological attributions , explores how to get rid of it and gives some new suggestions, such as : teachers' psychological atutorship and training and so on.
