Experiences are introduced in regard to developing major medical departments for the de- partments to be designated as'major';giving more efforts to their development;continuously upgrad- ing the medical and ressareh level of those departments;and letting them have a full play in the orienta- tion,coordination and'radioactive'role in the hospital.
