该院开发和投入运行的门急诊综合管理网络系统,由1台服务器和14台工作站形成闭环的实时控制网络,前台处理门急诊挂号、收款、药房、财务等部门的现场信息,实现数据的输入、计算、发票打印、检索、制表、制图、分科经济核算、分析、预测等功能,并实现系统资源和各部门间的数据共享和相互制约。系统运行8个多月,性能稳定,效果理想。

The overall control network for outpatient emergency cases developed and put into op- eration by the hospital is composed of one service instrument and fourteen working positions forming a closed loop network.The front desk handles the spot information of registration,payment collection, pharmacy and accounting and plays the role of data input,calculation,receipt printing,retrieval,form and chart making,departmentlized economic accounting,analysis and forecast.The sharing and mutual checking of the data between the system resource and different departments is also put into practice.The network has been working for more than eight months.Its performance proves stable and its result sat- isfactory.
