摘要
高校内部分配制度的改革,是深化高校内部管理体制改革的一个重要内容。本文分析了高校人事制度改革中存在的几个难点,并针对这些难点,提出了五项解决的对策。
The reform of the assignment system within the institution of higher learning is an important subject in deepening the reform of the interior managerial system of the institution of higher learning. This paper dissects several difficult points existing in the reform of the personnel system in the institution of higher learning, and proposes five measures for their solution.
