传染病学学科体制改革初探

A basic discussion of the structural reform of the department of lemology

目前我国传染病学学科存在的主要问题是:总体业务呈缩小趋势,临床收容不足,学科名称过于局限,社会公众对传染病专科的偏见。对此,提出对学科进行改革及发展的设想是:将传染病学更名为感染病学,由此适当扩展学科范围,以增强学科的完整性。还提出了学科医教研改革的主要措施。

The main problem for the department of lemology at present in our country is the gener- al decreasing scope of its activities.Its clinical admissions are below normal.The title of the department itself sounds too narrow.There is a public distaste for the very term of lemology.Under the circum- stances,many ideas for the reform and development of this department are put forth.One of them is to change the term of'lemology'into the'theory of infection'in order to enlarge the scope of this depart- ment and give the image of its completeness.Major ideas are also put forth to reform the teaching pro- grams of the department.
