Job scheduling Algorithm Based on Credit Model in Cluster Environment

摘要 提出了用于描述资源动态性和可用性的一种资源信度模型,在该模型下每个资源是一个信度实体.资源信度是对资源完成作业能力的一个综合评价,资源信度值越高,它越可能在较短的时间内完成交给它的作业.在此基础上提出了一种基于资源信度模型的资源调度算法.通过G ridS im工具包与F IFO算法和L ibra调度算法进行了模拟对比试验,试验结果表明,该算法是有效的. A resource credit model is presented to describe the dynamic and usability of resources. In this model, each resource is credit entity, and the resource using is looked as a resource-use contract signed between resource and user. If the job is accomplished on time in the resource, the resource will acquire a credit award, otherwise it will get a credit punishment. A resource-scheduling algorithm based on this model is presented, which send iob to the resource, which has appropriate credit value. It has been realized based on OpenPBS framework. It has also been simulated using GridSim toolkits to proceed a contrastive test with Fifo and Libra. The result shows that it works well.
