康肠合剂治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征38例疗效观察

Effect of Kangchang mixture on 38 patients with diarrhea dominant irritable bowel syndrome

目的观察康肠合剂治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效.方法将74例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者随机分为2组.治疗组38例予康肠合剂治疗,对照组36例予易蒙停治疗,连续治疗4～8周.结果治疗组总有效率92.1%.对照组总有效率58.8%,2组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论康肠合剂治疗腹泻型易激综合征有较好的疗效.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Kangchang mixture on diarrhea dominant irritable bowel syndrome,Methods 74 patients with diarrhea dominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 38） where patients were treated with Kangchang mixture and control group（ n = 36） where patients were administrated Loperamide Hydrochloride Capsule, Patients in both groups were continuously treated 4 to 8 weeks. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the contrd group was 92.1% and 58.5% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a better therapeutic effect of Kangchang mixture on diarrhea dominant irritable bowel syndrome.
