高温承压合金炉管表面坑孔形成机制

Formation Mechanism of Surface Pit Holes for Alloy Furnace Tube Worked at Elevated Temperature and Pressure

摘要 通过对热态金属型离心铸造条件下液态金属充填、凝固特性和涂层受热变化行为的研究,揭示了涂层高温发气性、合金凝固特性、温度场分布及离心铸造工艺参数与坑孔形成的内在联系,分析了坑孔的形成过程和机制,提出了坑孔出现的判据并对炉管生产中的几种现象进行了剖析,对消除坑孔缺陷,获得优质炉管具有指导意义。 The filling and solidification features of liquid metal and the variance of coating layer heated underconditions of centrifugal casting in metal mould have been investigated, so that the internal relationsbetween the formation of surface pit holes and the gas evolution of coating layer at elevated temperatures, the solidification feature of liquid metal, the distribution of temperature field in the mould andthe technological parameters of centrifugal casting were revealed. Based on analysis of the formationprocess and its mechanism of pit holes, the criterion describing pit holes formation was proposed andseveral phenomena associated with production of furnace tube was also discussed. All of these contributed to eliminate pit holes and achieve high-quality furnace tube.
