摘要 循环流化床锅炉运行过程中,非机械阀作为固体颗粒返料装置其设计及性能直接影响到锅炉的高效、稳定运行。本文综合了我国目前已投运的35~75t/h循环流化床锅炉上应用的循环物料的回送装置,分析了几种典型非机械阀的特点及运行状况。 n the operation of CFBB, as a solids cycling system the design and performance of non mechanical valves affect high efficient and stable operation of boilers. On the basis of valves for material cycling which were used on 35~75t/h CFBB operating in China, the characteristics and operation of some kinds of typical non mechanical valves were analyzed, and the problem in the design of non mechanical valves was put forward.
