摘要 讨论了两种工作、三类雇员(其中一类雇员具有混合技能,能够代替另两类雇员工作)的人力资源计划的最优控制问题,提出了整数线性系统上的最优控制模型,针对工程中最常见的需求轨线的情形,在对问题的性质进行分析的基础上,采用了一种“削峰”的算法,在雇员需求列表给出的情况下该算法是求解问题的多项式时间复杂度的最优算法. In this paper manpower planning is considered with two types of jobs and three types of employees, where one type of employees are higher-ranked employees with mixed skills and can substitute for the other two types of employees to do the two types of jobs. The model of optimal control on linear integer system is proposed. This paper addresses the properties of the model, presents the algorithm named peak-clipping and verifies that the algorithm is an optimal algorithm with polynomial computational complexity when the demand data is given.
