摘要
指挥自动化系统效能评估是指挥自动化系统理论研究的重要组成部分,在指挥自动化系统在指挥自动化系统总体方案的论证、系统方案优化、战术技术指标论证等方面都有重要应用。海湾战争爆发后,人们已经深刻认识到在高技术局部战争中,指挥自动化系统是关系到战争胜负的一个关键因素。而一个指挥自动化系统建设的成败,不可能等到战争发生后才给出定论。因此,运用科学的方法对指挥自动化系统的功能、性能与作战效能进行建模、分析和评估,是当前指挥自动化系统建设中迫切需要解决的一个课题。该文给出了一种将模糊理论与回归分析方法相结合的评估模型,分析了其基本思想方法、具体实现过程以及在指挥自动化系统效能评估中的应用。该模型较好地克服了模糊性对指挥自动化系统效能评估结果的影响。
The C^3I System Effective Evaluation (CSEE) is a part and parcel of the study of C^3I system theory, which has an important application in C^3I system including the design, the optimization of projects and argumentation of tactics index. Since the Gulf War it is acknowledged that ca I system is the key element in local high - tech warfare. In order to judge a C^3I system, it is urgent to model, analyze and evaluate C^3I system with scientific method in the construction of C^3I system. The paper presents an evaluation model by combining regression analysis with fuzzy theory, analyzes its basic idea and method and its actual course of realization, and then applies it in efficiency evaluation of C^3I system. The model can greatly surmount the influence of fuzzy factor on the evaluation result of C^3I system.
