摘要 复杂产品的一体化设计过程涉及多个互相关联的分系统,支持一体化设计的优化框架需要能够集成优化设计过程中涉及的异构应用并进行优化,从而辅助设计人员对总体与各分系统的优化设计进行验证。在分析国内外复杂产品一体化优化设计研究现状的基础上,基于C/S模式提出了一种支持复杂产品一体化设计的优化框架体系结构。该优化框架包括两方面的关键技术:包装器集成技术和混合遗传算法。异构应用首先按照接口规范包装后形成可发布的共享组件,便于构建一体化设计过程。在此基础上,通过混合遗传算法等辅助设计人员进行优化计算。最后阐述了目前的工作和下一步需要解决的问题。 The integrated design process of complex product involves multi coupling subsystems. In order to validate the design of subsystems, integration among heterogeneous applications and optimization algorithm are needed in optimization framework supporting integrated design. Based on the analysis of investigation on status in quo, main architecture based C/S of optimization framework supporting integrated design of complex product is given. Key technologies of which are wrapper integration technology and hybrid genetic algorithm. After wrapped with application integration interface, the reusable components are published, and integrated process model is built. Then hybrid genetic algorithm is used to assist optimization. Finally, the current work and target of optimization framework are described.
