摘要
按磷化的成膜机理,进行了多种配方试验.研究了不同促进剂、添加剂及其含量和工艺参数对磷化成膜的影响.结果表明,耐磨复合磷化液克服了以往锰盐磷化的不足,磷化膜具有更好的耐磨减磨性、更高的结合能力.
According to the mechanism of phosphating, tests many formulas. Studies the effects of various promoters,additives and their content as well as technique parameter on phosphating. Results show wear resistant composite phosphating solution overcomes the shortages of manganese phosphating, has better wear resistant performance and combination force.
