摘要
涠洲12-1海上油田生产污水温度高(85~90℃)、Cl-浓度高(12.5~17.8 g/L)、矿化度高(30~40 g/L),因而具有较大腐蚀性,且成垢离子HCO3-、Ca2+、Mg2+等浓度高,SI值为1.96~2.00,结垢性也较强.针对此状况研制了咪唑啉类缓蚀阻垢剂NY-HGA.80℃下在该污水中加入40 mg/L的NY-HGA,使A3、N80、K0-95钢的腐蚀速率分别由0.084、0.080、0.068 mm/a降至0.059、0.064、0.063 mm/a(同时加入20 mg/L脱氧剂),使污水结垢率降低96.2%.在涠洲12-1油田生产系统进行NY-HGA应用试验,用美国Corrpro公司的旁通式腐蚀仪在线监测排海污水的腐蚀速率,在原处理工艺条件下(48 mg/L缓蚀剂IMC-80-N+56 mg/L阻垢剂V402+67 mg/L清水剂JPA-Ⅱ)腐蚀速率为0.08806 mm/a,只加清水剂时腐蚀速率高达0.8663 mm/a,不加阻垢剂而改加37 mg/L NY-HGA时腐蚀速率为0.02475 mm/a,只加清水剂和NY-HGA时腐蚀速率为0.03162 mm/a.因此,在涠洲12-1油田用NY-HGA代替IMC-80-N和V402可满足油田腐蚀控制要求.图5表4参5.
The produced water (PW) in offshore oil field Weizhou-12-1 is highly corrosive owing to its high temperature, 85--90℃, high concentration of Cl^-, 12.5--17.8 g/L, and total salts dissolved, 30---40 g/L, and has strong tendency to scale formation with SI value of 1.96---2.00 owing to high concentration of HCO3^-, Ca^2+, Mg^2+ , etc. A bifunctional imidazoline corrosion/scale inhibitor, NY-HGA, is developed for use in treating PW of this oil. fidd. In Laboratory experiments at 80℃ with NY-HGA introduced into PW samples at dosage 40 mg/L, the corrosion rate (CR) of steel A3,N80, and K0-95 is decreased from 0.084, 0.080, and 0.068 mm/a to 0.059, 0.064, and 0.063 mm/a, respectively, in the presence of an oxygen scavenger at 20 mg/L and the percent scale formation is lowered by 96.2%. The fast field evaluation of NY-HGA is performed in the production system of oil field Weizhou-12-1 with CR in PW to be abadoned into the sea measured in-line by using Corrpro's bypass corrosometer and the average CR value obtained is of 0.08806 mm/a under original treating conditions (with corrosion inhibitor IMC-80-N at 48 mg/L, scale inhibitor V402 at 50 mg/L, and water clarifier JPA- Ⅱ at 67 mg/L), is as high as 0.8863 mm/a with JPA- Ⅱ introduced at 67 mg/L ortly, is of 0.02475 mm/a with IMC-80-N at 48 mg/L, NY-HGA at 37 mg/L, and JPA- Ⅱ at 67 mg/L introduced and is of 0.03162 mm/a with NY-HGA at 37 mg/L and JPA- Ⅱ at 67 mg/L introduced. It is stated that NY-HGA can be used for treating PW at Weizhou-12-1 instead of IMC-80-N + V402 in combination and meet the requirement is corrosion control at Weizhou-12-1 (CR 〈 0.076 mm/a).
