中油集团公司参股开发的苏丹1/2/4区块油田,1999年投产,到2004年全面使用电潜泵生产,在此期间产液量增加6.5倍,含水由8.7%增至82%,污水量增加37倍,产出液在油水分离器停留时间由1.82 h减至0.40 h,污水在沉降罐停留时间由69 h减至2.0 h,污水含油由50 mg/L增至4100 mg/L,大大超过规定标准(<100mg/L).原油处理流程包括各油区集输、油水分离(FPF)和区块集输、电脱水(CPF);破乳剂在井口和电脱水器前加入;反相破乳剂在油水分离器前、后及电脱水器后加入.在Heglig油区现场试验中求得,当反相破乳剂总加量不变、在上述3点的加量分别为106、60、54 L/d时,各沉降罐内污水含油量(以浊度表示)最低.在室温、20 min的室内快速污水处理实验中,从中油科新化工的KS-60系列5种反相破乳剂中筛选出效果最好的药剂KS60-22.2004年11月2~27日在包括6个油区的现场应用试验中,KS-60-22加量5.7~17.8mg/L,各沉降罐内污水含油量均小于50mg/L.图2表5.
The oil output in 1/2/4 block oil fields in Sudan run by the Company named is started in 1999 and a gradual change to electric submersible pumps in oil production is finished in 2004. In that year the following data are characteristic: increase in fluids production by 7.5 times, in water cut from 8.7% to 82% and in volume of water produced by 38 times; reduction in residence time of fluids in oil/water separators from 1.82 to 0.57 hrs and of waste water in production water settling tanks (PWSTs) from 69 to 3. 6 hrs; and increase in oil content in waste water from 50 to 4100 mg/L, an xtra-high value in comparison with the standard norm of 〈 100 mg/L. The produced fluids treatments include zonal oil/water separation (O/WS) in FPFs and central electric dehydration (ED) in CPF; the damulsifier is introduced into the facilities at the wellhead and before ED; the reverse damulsifier (RD) is introduced at three spots: before and after O/WS and after ED. In a field test in Heglig zone it is ascertained that at an equal total dosage of RD the lowest oil content in waste water determined turbidimetrically in PWSTs is observed with RD of dosage 106, 60, and 54 L/d introduced at the three spots above mentioned, respectively. In a fast laboratory waste water treatment experiment at room temperature in 20 min with 5 KS-60 series RDs of Sino King Shing Chemical Co Ltd, KS-60-22 is chosen as the most effective one. In a field trial performed at 6 zonal FPFs and CPF Nov 2--27, 2004, the oil content of waste water in PWSTs is decreased down to 〈 50 mg/L when KS-60-22 is introduced at dosage 5.7--17.8 mg/L.
