摘要
体育院校的大学生在知识的积累和技能的储备的过程中,德育相对薄弱,德育工作者在施教过程中当以人为本,关注、关爱学生,尊重、相信学生,与学生建立良好的、协调一致的师生关系,老师应以身作则、为人师表,变说教教育为疏导教育,并让学生参与社会道德实践。
