摘要
1995年正式启动的“欧盟—地中海伙伴关系”战略,是欧盟和南地中海国家在冷战后内外新形势下彼此需要的产物。该战略实施以来,取得了多方面的成效,但同时也面临着继续推进的若干问题。
The strategy of 'Euro-Mediterranean Partnership',which started in 1995,is a product of cooperation between the European Union and the Southern Mediterranean Countries in the Post-Cold War era.Since the adoption of this strategy,it has made great achievements,but meanwhile,it has also encountered a number of problems in the process of development.
