摘要
中国跨国公司形成于世界最大的发展中国家,成长于从计划经济向市场经济过渡的转型时期,壮大于中华民族和平崛起的伟大时代,因此,中国跨国公司的发展,既具有与外国跨国公司相同的规律,又具有自身的特殊规律。本文从中国跨国公司的历史演进入手,分析其发展现状及现存的问题,从宏观角度探讨促进中国跨国公司发展的经营战略。
Chinese multinational company found in biggest developing country in world, grew in period toward the transformation that the market economy transferring from the planned economy, stronged in Chinese nation peaceful rising great ages. Therefore, the developments of the Chinese multinational company have the same regulation of foreign multinational company, and also have special regulation of the itself. This text evolves to commence from the history of the Chinese multinational company, the development present condition and existing problems, and inquiry into the management that promote developments from the macroscopic angle strategy.
