摘要
本文报道^(125)Ⅰ标记的胃癌单抗一葡聚糖T-40-丝裂霉素C(MMC)结合物在荷人胃癌裸鼠体内的定位及分布的研究结果。在结合物制备及碘标记过程中,抗体活性无明显丧失,结合物能较好地定位于肿瘤组织,其体内分布状态与游离单抗基本相同。
In the present study, the biodistribution and localization of a conjugate of mitomycin C and monoclonal antibody MGb2 With dextran T-40 as an intermediate was examined in nude mice with human gastric carcinoma xenografts. The result of immunofluor-escence study indicated that the antigen-binding capacity of antibody was well retained during the conjugate preparation and its radioiodine labelling. The conjugate could satisfactorily localized in the tumour tissue. Four days after i.p. injection of the labelled conjugate, the radioactivity per milligram of tumour was much higher than that of heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney and stomach, the result was quite similar to that of unmodified antibody.
