康复新雾化吸入治疗放射性口腔粘膜反应临床研究

Therapeutic Effects of Kangfuxing Fluid Spray Inhalation in The Treatment of Mucous Membrane of Mouth Pharynx Caused by Radiation Reaction

目的探讨康复新雾化吸入减轻放射性口腔粘膜反应的效果。方法将头颈部肿瘤患者60例随机分为实验组和对照组。前者给予康复新2 ml+维生素B120.5 mg+生理盐水5 ml雾化吸入,每日2次,每次8 min;后者给予庆大霉素8万U+维生素B120.5 mg+生理盐水5 ml同法雾化吸入。结果2组咽下困难与粘膜不良反应有显著差别(P<0.05),疼痛、味觉改变等方面未见明显差异。结论康复新雾化吸入能明显减轻咽下困难和粘膜反应,提高放疗患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the effective prevention measures for the reaction of mucous membrane of mouth pharynx during the radiotherapy for oral cancer and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods Randomly, Kangfuxing, VitB12 and normal sodium were performed and routine therapies were given in the control group. Results There was a significant difference in the response severity of mucous membrane, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Kangfuxing atomization inhalation during the radiotherapy could obviously alleviate the radiation reaction of mucous membrane of mouth pharynx and oral pain.
