摘要
文章阐述了创新教育和素质提高的关系,提出了开设创新实验的基本思路,结合该院的具体情况开设了创新实验试点,总结了开设创新实验的基本经验。
The article elaborated the relation of innovation education and elevation quality and put forward the basic thought about establishing innovation experiment . Acording to the practical stituation, a creative experiment sample was setup. The basic experience was sunmarized.
