悬索桥钢丝绳主缆防护施工工艺

摘要 抚顺天湖大桥为自锚式钢筋混凝土悬索桥。该桥主跨160m,为目前国内已施工的跨度最大的自锚式钢筋混凝土悬索桥。该桥主缆由85根Φ54mm镀锌钢丝绳组成,钢丝标准强度1960MPa,主缆由单根连续的钢丝绳绕过全部索鞍后,在梁内通过螺纹连接杆与连接套筒连接形成环型索。主缆单根长约720m,钢丝绳总重763.3 t。该文以天湖大桥为例介绍了钢丝绳主缆防护施工方法,可供同类桥梁主缆防护参考。 Fushun Tianhu Bridge is a self - anchored reinforced concrete suspension bridge with 160 m of main span and maximum span at home at present. The main cable is composed of 85 zinc - coated wire ropes with Φ54 mm and 1960 MPa of standard strength,it,being moved round all the saddles by single continuous wire rope,connects to sleeve through threaded linkage in beam ,forming a ring cable. Single main cable is about 720 m long. Total weight of wire rope is 763.3t. The paper,taking Tianhu Bridge for example ,introduces the construction methods for protection of wire rope -main cable, which may be used for reference for professions.
