摘要
进行了菜籽与菜籽仁散粒体侧限压榨下的应力应变关系、侧向压力试验.根据侧限压榨符合幂次硬化材料模型的试验结果,采用Doraivelu屈服准则,建立了基于增量理论的菜籽与菜籽仁散粒体侧限压榨塑性本构方程.结果表明,Doraivelu屈服准则可作为菜籽与菜籽仁压榨塑性模型的理论基础,压榨塑性模型能较好地描述菜籽与菜籽仁散粒体的塑性变形.
The experiments for stress-strains and lateral pressure of rapeseed and rapeseed dehulled by uniaxial pressing were carried out. The results show that rapeseed and rapeseed dehulled conform to the model of power hardening. By using of Doraivelu's yield criterion, plasticity constitutive equations were developed. Greatest relative deviation below 11.44% and 1.1 % between the experimental and predicted values of the strains indicate that the plasticity constitutive model can simulate plasticity deformation of rapeseed and rapeseed dehulled well, Doraivelu's yield criterion can be used as theoretical basis for plasticity model of rapeseed and rapeseed dehulled.
