摘要
调制传递函数(Modulation Transfer Function,MTF)是评价成像系统成像质量的重要指标。介绍了用MTF评价光电摄像系统成像质量的方法。采用电荷耦合器件(Charge Coupled Device,CCD)自扫描接收通过MSFC_IV中焦和短焦平行光管后的被测试样的星点图样,经数据采集、转换及处理,定量地给出了被测试样的MTF值。结果表明,该方法能够快速、准确地定量评价光电摄像系统的成像质量。
The modulation transfer function （MTF） is a means of characterizing the image quality of the optical system. The method of measuring the photoelectric camera system is recommended with MTF. A simple and quick method for measuring MTF was presented. Star image tested by MSFC-IV middle and short-focus collimator, and sample was sampled by Charge Coupled Device-CCD automatically. The measurement method is easier and simpler, and provides a fast and precise MTF measurement for the photoelectric camera system.
