两系法杂交水稻胚乳磷钾含量与粒质量关系研究

Studies on Relationship between Grain Weight and content of soluble Phosphorus & Potassium in Endosperm of Two-Line Hybrid Rice

以粒质量差异明显的两系法杂交稻为材料,研究不同部位籽粒胚乳中可溶性磷和钾的含量与粒质量的关系,结果表明:胚乳中可溶性磷与粒质量存在负相关,可溶性磷含量高不利于粒质量增加,而钾却相反,胚乳中可溶性钾含量高有利于粒质量的提高。

The relationship between grain weight and content of soluble phosphorus ＆ potassium in endosperm was studied on two-line hybrid rice varieties with obviously different grain weight. The result shows that, to some extend, content of soluble phosphorus in endosperm is negatively correlated to grain weight, and higher content of soluble phosphorus in endosperm has adverse effect on grain weight increase. Higher content of soluble potassium in endosperm, however, is found to be useful for grain weight increase.
