摘要
通过室内培养法研究了在三种肥力条件土壤中添加不同浓度阿特拉津对土壤过氧化氢酶的影响。试验结果表明:在一定范围内,随着阿特拉津浓度的升高,其对土壤过氧化氢酶活性的激活作用增强,但较高浓度的阿特拉津对土壤过氧化氢酶活性有抑制作用。不同肥力条件土壤中阿特拉津对过氧化氢酶活性的影响各异,不施肥和单施化学肥料土壤中过氧化氢酶活性的激活或抑制程度相对较低,合施有机肥和化学肥料土壤中过氧化氢酶活性的激活或抑制程度相对较高。合理控制施药浓度和土壤肥力状况是有效提高土壤酶活性和减轻环境污染的关键。
The effects of different concentration of atrazine on soil catalase activity under three soil fertilities were studied by using the method of laboratory incubation. The results showed that the catalase activity was stimulated in the soils with low concentration of atrazine and the stimulation increased with the increase of concentration, while inhibited after treated with high concentration of atrazine. The stimulating or inhibiting effect of soil catalase activity in treatment CK and treatment NPK were lower, while higher in treatment NPK + M. The concentration of atrazine and the soil fertility were key problems of increasing soil catalase activity and decreasing environmental pollution.
