This paper expounds the understanding and definition of man. Man is the existence of value. The education of humanism is the education of respecting man, which includes the humanization of educational idea and the individualization of educational environment. Taking humanism as the basis of higher education, is the educational philosophy of modern universities, and is the core of modern education value. The idea of talent-centered is carried out in running a school while the idea of students-centered is observed.
