摘要
制度的刚性即稳定性不仅取决于制度本身确立的成本,而且还取决于为确立各种制度本身而在各种专门的组织实体及相应专用基础设施上的投资,取决于各种社会个体(包括各种社会组织)之间相互博弈的均衡预期。同时,各种制度的稳定性的深刻根源还在于人类行为的整体性及由此所引起的制度的耦合性。
Institutional robustness, namely stability, lies in the cost of institutional establishment, investments in special organizations and relevant professional infrastructures for establishing institutions as well as expectations of game equilibrium among various social individuals or organizations. The stability of institutions results from the entirety of human behaviours as well as the consequent institutional coupling.
