Modern Criticism of Xi Yuan Lu

中国传统法医检验是以尸表检验为主,随着西方法医学的输入和进一步传播,具有现代科学知识的法医学工作者的成长,一些有识之士为了排除传统法医学及其司法检验方法的负面影响,以现代法医学的奠基者林几博士为代表的一些学者针对《洗冤集录》的检验方法做了大量的科学实验,并对中国古代法医学史进行了回顾与总结。

With the growing introduction of Western medical judisprudence as well as increase of modern legal medical experts, some men of insight review and summarize Chinese ancient forensic medicine, especially made a great number of scientific experiments on the traditional postmortem examination methods recorded in Xi Yuan Lu so as to eliminate the negative effect of traditional medical jurisprudence.
