摘要
针对工业生产中纸张计数装置所存在的成本高、占用场地和易产生误差等缺点,本文提出了运用数字图象处理技术来实现的纸张计数算法。该方法从纸张叠层图象的纹理特征出发,通过LOG滤波等操作得到二值图象,随之分别采用基于图象倾斜校正的像素投影算法和基于统计学观点的差分统计算法来获得纸张数目。实验结果表明,前者的计算量相对较少,但受图象质量影响较大;而后者虽然费时,但能够较好的对图象进行处理,得到精确的计数结果。
An algorithm of paper counting based on digital image processing technology is paper, which is aimed at some defects of paper counting machines, such as high cost, proposed in the taking up much room, making mistakes easier, and so on. After analysing texture feature of the paper image, we can gain bianry image through LOG filter which is prone to processing. Then the result of the paper counting is acquired by applying the algorithm of pixel projection based on tilt correcting of the image and difference statistics based on statistic analysis respectively. The experiments show that the algorithm of pixel projec- tion is affected deeply by the quality of image in spite of running faster, while the algorithm of difference statistics can work well and get the accurate paper number despite wasting time.
