摘要
喷射沉积工艺作为一种新兴的快速凝固技术,已经被广泛应用于研究和开发各种高性能的快速凝固材料,近年来发展非常迅速。通过对喷射沉积工艺参数的分析和调整,着重研究了喷射成型过程中,雾化器摆动,以及沉积器旋转速度对制备圆锭的成型性的影响。结果发现,改变雾化器摆动角度(θ≠0),可以改变沉积坯的几何形状。要获得较好的盘、柱状沉积坯,雾化器摆动起始位置一定要在水平位置。在雾化器摆动的条件下,改变沉积器抽拉速度V()可以有效改善沉积坯的几何形状。
As a novel rapidly solidifed technique, spray deposition has developed very quickly these years. It has been used to produce much rapidly solidified material with perfect properties, Controlling or adjusting the parameters of spray deposition technique was used to study the effect that the shake of atomizers, rotation speed of disco as well as the shaping of billet made by spray forming process, As aresult, the as-deposits with different shapes were fabricated when the parameter was changed as a shake angles of a atomizer. If the as-deposits with perfect shape was fabricated, the first position that the atomizer asways is level. Under the condition of the shake of atomizer, the as-deposits with perfect shape was fabricated by changing the parameter of V (withdrawal rate).
