摘要
洞庭湖堤垸的形成经历了长期的历史过程,其发展有着自然的、经济的、人文的、政治的原因。洞庭湖堤垸对抵御洪涝灾害,安置移民,发展堤垸经济,发挥了巨大的历史作用,同时亦经受着自然的报复。
Dongting Lake＇ s encirclement dike has long developmental history, which has been caused by the natural, economic,humanistic and political reason.Dongting lake dike has the huge historical effects on resisiting foodwater disaster, resettling immigrant,developing local economy. It also has experienced natural retaliate.
