POST-COLONIALISM CONTEXT, CULTURE-IDENTITY AND TRANSLATION OF CHINESE CLASSICAL NARRATIVE NOVE

在后殖民语境下,如何保持和传承传统文化以及坚持怎样的文化身份立场成为中国古典叙事小说翻译关注的焦点。从我国古典小说《红楼梦》、《儒林外史》、《西厢记》的翻译传播实践看,针对古典叙事文学的具体特征,翻译中的身份立场与具体翻译策略问题值得重视,古典叙事小说的翻译应当遵循适度、多元性原则和采取多种翻译策略糅合并取的方法。

In the context of Post-colonialism, the focus of translation of Chinese classical narrative novel is how to keep and inherit traditional culture and what kind of cultural identity standpoint. According to the model of A Dream of Red Mansions, The Scholars, The Romance of Western Bower to specific characteristic of classical narrative novel, the paper discusses the problem of identity-standpoint and the specific translation strategy in cultural and aesthetic view, pointing out the translation of classical narrative novel should follow the principle of moderation and plurality, combination and selection of multi-translation strategy.
