吡喹酮治疗曼氏血吸虫感染的小鼠卵谱与特异性抗体及亚型抗体水平关系的动态观察

Dynamic Observations on Relationship between Oogram and Level of Specific Antibodies and Its Subantibodies in Mice with Schistosoma mansoni Treated by Preziquantel

本文观察了小鼠曼氏血吸虫病经不同剂量吡喹酮治疗后血清中７种抗体的动态变化规律及其组织内卵谱变化的相应关系。结果显示完全治愈小鼠体内虫体迅速消失，活卵于４Ｗ消失，但原虫卵结节内仍残留排空卵壳和钙化虫卵，ＩｇＧ、ＩｇＭ在２０Ｗ内趋于上升。亚型中ＩｇＧ２６效价最高，ＩｇＡ在服药后明显下降，８Ｗ时其平均滴度（ＧＭＲＴ）降至６０。亚治疗量鼠体内成虫数量减少，产卵于８Ｗ内受抑，后渐恢复。ＩｇＧ及亚型、ＩｇＭ消长与对照相近，ＩｇＡ消长规律与卵谱变化一致，因此推测ＩｇＡ变化与肠壁内是否有活卵有关。本文推测抗ＳＥＡ─ＩｇＡ可作为曼氏血吸虫病早期诊断指标之一。

In presnt paper, the elationship between 7 antibodies and oogram in mice with Schistosoma mansoni treated by different dosapes of Preziquantel has been observed. It showed that after treatment the worms in mice disappeared rapidly, surviving eggs in 4W. However,the empty egg shells and calcified eggs in egg granuloma were remained. IgG, IgM had tendency to raise in 20W.The highest titer was IgG2b,in subtypes.IgA obviously descended after giving drugs and GMRT droped down 60 at the 8th week.In subdosages of treatment,the adults in mice discreased.The oviposition was inhibited in 8W and afterward it gradually recovered.The decline and growth of IgG and its subclass,IgM were similar to the control.The decline and growth law of IgA were constent with oogram variation.Therefore.the relation of IgA variation with present eggs in gulwall was guessed.In this paper,it is guessed that the antiSEA-IgA could be served as one of early diagnostic norm of Schistosoma mansoni.
