摘要
近十几年,宽阔水域中能见度不良时所发生的船舶碰撞事故正呈上升趋势。分析了在该种情况下发生碰撞事故的主观和客观原因,提出一系列的预防措施,特别是利用航海模拟器培训船员等措施。
The numbers of vessel＇s collision accidents have been raisin for recent about teen years. This paper makes an analysis on the subjective and the objective causes of the collision aeeidents. Then it puts forward a series of preventive measures of vessel cOliiSiOn accidents, especially measures of using marine simulator to train Seamen.
