S-57作为IHO数字化海道测量数据传输标准,旨在规范各国海道测量部门用于传输的数字海道数据。从模型、数据结构、S-57文件(应用简档)、技术特点以及注意事项等方面阐述了S-57的精髓,为电子海图的生成、传输、交换以及ECDIS的应用提供标准化规范。
As transfer standard for digital hydrographic data,S-57 is a norm of various countries seaway measure department use for digital seaway datum that transmits. This article has explained the marrow of S-57 from such respects as model,structure of the data,S-57 file （simple document）, technological characteristic and precautions, etc.,offer the standardized norm for formulation, transmission, exchanging of the electronic chart and application of ECDIS.
