摘要
绩效考核是针对企业(包括地勘单位)中的每个职工所承担的工作,应用科学的定性和定量方法,通过一系列绩效考核指标,对职工行为的实际效果及其贡献进行考核和评价。进行绩效考核,应通盘考虑其特点、指标设计的基本原则、影响因素,以充分发挥其作用,提高地勘单位的绩效管理水平,使地勘单位在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展。
The assessment of employee's work consist in evaluating actual effect and contribution of each employee's work in the enterprises(include geological and prospecting enterprises) with the aid of a set of the assessment norms by the utilization of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.In the assessment we should consider overall the characteristics of each work,influence factors and basic principle of designing norms so as to fully play the role of the assessment,raise the management level of the geological and prospecting enterprises,improve the living capacity and promote the development of the geological and prospecting enterprises in the intense market competition.
