摘要 研究桑葚醋的减肥作用。利用高脂营养饲料建立了小鼠营养性肥胖模型,同时进行了一系列的减肥去脂功能实验研究。结果表明:在30d小鼠喂养实验中,3组小鼠生长发育正常,营养对照组小鼠较普通对照组体重明显增加(p<0.05),生殖器周围脂肪总重和脂肪系数均明显增加(p<0.05),胆固醇和甘油三脂也有增高趋势,表明营养性肥胖模型初步建立成功;实验组小鼠较营养组体重增长减慢,胆固醇和甘油三脂的增长也有降低趋势。证明桑葚醋有一定的减肥作用。 To determine the effect of mulberry vinegar on reducing body weight, mouse nutritive obesity model was set up using high fat nutritive feed, and a serial of studies were carried out on mice for reducing obesity and defatting function. Results indicated: All the mice in 3 groups grew normally during the 30 days of mouse feeding. The nutritive control group showed higher body weight compared with the common control group (p 〈0.05) , the total fat weight around the genitals and fat indexes increased apparently (p 〈0.05) , with the trend of increasing cholesterol and triglyceride. It showed that the mouse nutritive obesity model was set up successfully. In the test group, the mouse's body weight grew slowly, cholesterol and triglyceride had the trend of decrease. This revealed that mulberry vinegar has apparent reducing obesity and defatting function on mice.
