摘要
本研究以2004年对中国科学院所属研究所进行创新文化建设评价为案例,通过对中科院创新文化建设一级、二级评价指标的总体分析与变量差异性分析,探讨中科院创新文化建设的共性规律与差异性规律,并提出在中国科学院研究所开展创新文化建设与评价的启示。
This article explores the general as well as differential characteristics and rules of about the construction of innovation culture through the first and second grade systematized evaluation index, based on a practical case study of the innovation culture evaluation in the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2004. Furthermore, the study puts forward some enlightenment of the innovation culture construction and evaluation in the scientific research institutions of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
