摘要
本文通过实证研究方法,对民营企业高、低学历员工需要比较,以及民营企业与国有企业高学历员工需要比较,从不同角度揭示出民营企业高学历员工需要特征。并以此为基础,提出激励民营企业高学历员工的对策。
Though the empirical study, this paper presents high - degree employees＇ characteristics of needs in private enterprises by comparing needs of high - degree employees and low - degree employees in private enterprises, and needs of high - degree employees in private enterprises and those in state - owned enterprises. According to this, the authors also put forward strategies of motivating for high - degree employees in private enterprises.
