摘要
从农药厂生产车间污泥中分离出菌种AT菌,进行了菌种生长曲线的测定,求得AT菌的对数期代时为3.87d,生长速率为0.258d^(-1);不同的温度条件下污染质阿特拉津的降解实验表明,在4~20℃的实验温度范围内,AT菌能够降解代谢污染物质,并随温度的升高,降解能力增强。20℃时降解率为38.84%。同时环境因素也随着AT菌作用而变化,其中pH随AT菌作用加强和减弱有下降和回升的过程。
The growth curve was drawn according to the data from the experiment conducting by using bacterium AT separating from the sludge outlet of pesticide factory. The generating time and the growth rate were 3.87 d and 0. 258 d^-1 respectively in logarithmic period by calculation. In addition, the pollutant a- trazine could be resolved by bacterium AT in the range of temperature 4 -20℃, and the degradation rate, which was 38.84 % at 20℃, increased with temperature rising. And the environmental factors changed simultaneously in the course of experiment such as pH changing with the decreasing and increasing of bacterium AT concentration.
