摘要
以水-醇作为溶剂,在乳化条件下合成蔗糖月桂酸单酯。研究反应温度、时间、投料比的影响。在一定条件下,收率达到近80%。对反应中提高蔗糖月桂酸单酯的量及对薄层色谱分析用显色剂的条件进行了研究。
With H2O- C2H5OH-solvent method, we can prepare laurie acid sucrose ester. All the synthesis process is completed in one reactor. The influence of conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction time, ratio of raw material are studied here. In a certain condition, laurie acid sucrose ester is obtained in a yield of about 80 %. In reaction we study the conditions influence of laurie acid sucrose ester yield and of conditions of thin-layer chromatograqhy on laurie acid sucrose ester.
