摘要
本研究根据莱钢3#焦炉JN-60的实际情况,确定了焦炉自动加热模糊控制系统,并加以实施,研究了炼焦动力学和气流动力学规律,建立了控制数学模型和工艺模型。生产运行结果表明:节能3%左右;焦炭质量稳定而且有所提高,炉温平均波动小于4℃,安定系数均在0.95以上。
The system of fuzzy control on No 3 batteries code oven Laiwu Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. is introduced and applied in industrial production. The dynamics and hydrokinetics of the coking process were studied, based on No 3 batteries practice. The model and technology of coking process have been developed for computer heating control. The results indicate that the enerey is saved about 3 %, the temperature fluctuation is below 4℃, and the coefficient of stability is over 0.95.
