摘要
针对因类风湿关节炎,骨关节结核,或外伤引起的腕关节疼痛畸形及强直,作者设计研制了一种新型全腕人工关节。此关节由316L型不锈钢和高分子聚乙烯构成,属于金属头-塑料臼-金属臼窝结构。本关节因设有特殊的沟槽及突起而具备安装简便、结构稳定、抗脱位性强等特点。经离体腕关节标本安装测试后应用于临床。治疗类风湿关节炎腕关节成角畸形强直3例,经5~8年随诊,腕关节活动范围在30°~40°,功能明显改善。
Theauthorsdesignedanewtypeofartificialjointofthewristforthetreatmentofanky-losisofthejointasconseguencesofrheumatoidarthritis,tuberculosis,andtrauma.Thestemsofthispro-thesiswereconstructedwith316Ltypeofstainlesssteelwithajointmotarmadeofhighpolymerpolythenegivingtheadvantageofstabilityanddurabilityandwithoutthedangerofdislocation.Afterexperimentaluseofthisdeviceinanimals,clinicalapplicationwascarriedoutinthreecasesofankylosedrheumatoidarthritis.Thefolow-upperiodlastedfor3~8years.Therangeofmovementswerebe-tween30~40degreesandthefunctionofthewristswereremarkablyimproved.Althepatientsweresatistiedwiththesurgery.
