摘要
对马钢2500m^3高炉喂线护炉试验情况进行了总结,并对喂线护炉试验结果进行了分析。指出喂线护炉技术的应用对处理高炉炉缸局部异常侵蚀提供了一种途径,认为在适宜的喂线量、喂线强度、风口位置选择等方面还需作进一步研究,以便更加有效地进行护炉。
The essay summarizes the furnace protection trial by feeding Ti - wire into 2 500 m^3 blast furnace in Masteel and analyzes the trial results. The author put forwards that application of Ti - wire feeding technology for furnace protection is an effective way to solve the problem of abnormal erosion of BF hearth. However, the author also thinks that further study needs to pay on proper wire feeding amount and intensity and selection of tuyere position to enhance furnace protection.
