老年2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白与自由基代谢相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察老年2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbA lc)水平对自由基代谢的影响。方法将临床确诊的老年2型糖尿病患者按HbA lc水平分为正常组(32例,B组)和升高组(64例,C组),分别检测一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及丙二醛(MDA),并以健康老年人34例作对照组(A组)。结果B组和C组的NO,SOD明显低于A组,C组的MDA明显高于A组和B组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),B、C组的SOD虽低于A组,但差异无显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者HbA lc和MDA、NO、SOD关系密切,检测HbA lc对提示老年型糖尿病患者自由基代谢异常具有重要指导意义。 Objective To investigate the effects of the change of glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) on the metabolism of the free radical in type 2 old Diabetes Mellitus patients.. Methods Type 2 old Diabetes Mellitus patients were divided into two groups according to the HbAlc level, increased group ( C, 64 persons) and normal group ( B, 32 persons). Old healthy persons group (A, 34 persons) were regarded as contrast. Nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismupase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were determined in all people. Results Concentrations of NO and SOD of group B and group C were much lower than those of group A. MDA of group C were much higher than those of group A and group B. Conclusions HbAlcs of type 2 old Diabetes Mellitus patients had closed correlation with NO, SOD and MDA. HbAlc is helpful to predict the disorder metabolism of the free radical in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients. .
