切开扩肛局封治疗医源性肛门狭窄18例

Dissection and Anal Dilatation and Local Obturate in the Treatment of Medical Anal Stricture in 18 Cases

目的观察切开、扩肛、局封治疗医源性肛门狭窄的临床效果。方法对18例医源性肛门狭窄病例采用切开、扩肛、局封治疗,观察其疗效。结果18例全部一次性治愈。愈合期9～21天,平均12.5天。结论切开、扩肛、局封法是治疗医源性肛门狭窄的一种操作简单、疗效确切的方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of dissection and anal dilatation and local obturate in the treatment of medical anal stricture. Methods 18 Cases with medical anal stricture were adopted with the treatment of dissection and anal dilatation and local obturate, and were observed curative effect. Results It showed that 18 Cases were all cured .healing period was 9-21 days, and average was 12. 5 days. Conclusion The suggest that dissection and anal dilatation and local obturate is simple and effective.
