摘要
随着我国土地有偿使用制度改革的不断深化,城市国有土地使用权的出让市场也在不断完善。在对我国土地出让市场现状进行分析之后,选用北京市土地一级市场作为实证案例,利用计量回归结果分析北京市一级市场中的主要问题,并提出建立土地储备机制和透明的集体用地流转市场,适时修正北京市基准地价体系等可行性建议。
With the deepening of the reform of the non-gratuitou s use system in China,the use right of nationalized land granting market is being perfected. After analyzing the present situation and problems of the granting market of China, the paper selects the granting land market of Beijing as an empirical analysis case,uses the result of regression analysis to discuss the problems of the granting market of Beijing, and gives some feasible suggestions, such as setting up urban land-reserving mechanism, and adjusting the land price system of Beijing timely.
