摘要
目的: 研究宽舌橐吾(Ligularia platyglossa (Fr.) Hand.-Mazz.)的化学成分,寻找生物活性物质,为橐吾属化学分类研究和资源开发利用奠定基础.方法:采用硅胶柱、Sephadex LH-20柱和RP-C18柱层析法分离、重结晶纯化化合物,根据理化性质、标准品薄层对照、波谱数据和单晶X-ray衍射分析鉴定化合物结构.结果:从宽舌橐吾的地下部分分得5个化合物,分别鉴定为1, 8-Dihydroxy-eremophil-7(11),9(10)-dien-12,8-olide(1);1-Oxo-8-hydroxy-10H-eremophil-7(11)-en-12,8-olide(2);9β, 9′β-Bis-1, 8-dihydroligularenolid(3);9β, 9′α-Bis-1, 8-dihydroligularenolid(4);羽扇豆醇(lupeol)(5).结论:化合物1为新化合物,化合物2~4为首次从橐吾属中分得,化合物5为首次从宽舌橐吾中分得.
AIM: To find bioactive compounds from Ligularia platyglossa. METHOD: Compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-18 column chromatography and purified by recrystallization. Their structures were identified by NMR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. RESULT: Five compounds were isolated and identified as 1,8-Dihydroxy-eremophil-7 (11), 9 (10)-dien-12,8-olide(1) ; 1-oxo-8-hydroxy-10H-eremophil-7( 11 ) -en-12,8-olide (2) ; 913, 9'β-Bis-1, 8-dihydroligularenolid (3) ; 9β,9' α-Bis-1, 8-dihydroligularenolid (4); lupeol(5), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compound 1 was a new eremophilenolide. Compound 2 ~ 4 were isolated firm Ligularra genus for the first time and compound 5 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
